RovLum (“we”, “us”) operates rovlum.com, a custom automotive tail light modification service. We design and build sequential turn signals, switchback LED conversions, RGBW systems and related components for enthusiast vehicles.

Information you provide
- Build inquiry form: vehicle year/make/model, current lamp condition, desired modification style, budget range, and whether you will mail us your lamps. Contact details (name, email, WhatsApp).
- Email correspondence: quotes, shipping arrangements, and any reference photos you send.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamp) — retained for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies and analytics (see Section 3).
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe) that handle card data under their own PCI-DSS compliant policies.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies for essential site function (session, cart) and may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar analytics tools to measure traffic and advertising performance. You can opt out of marketing analytics via browser cookie settings or our Contact page.

We are based in Asia and ship worldwide. Technical data may be processed in other countries. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses for international transfers.

We apply the same security practices used in e-commerce: encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), restricted admin access, regular backups, and least-privilege permissions for third-party integrations.
9. Children
Our service is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
